Dr. Sandate is the best vet we ever had!! So endlessly cheerful & encouraging in her conversation with us, and so incredibly kind and patient and sweet with Jessamyn. She actually comes across as if she loves Jess as much as we do, as if she's a family member! She & the tech/assistant even got down on the floor to do part of the exam to be down on Jess' equal level, which really put her at ease. No vet has ever done that before, it was the coolest thing ever!

We also LOVE how the feline center is separate and so very peaceful with no barking dogs. We've never even seen another person/cat in the waiting room, it's always as if we're the only ones in some exclusive spa. And the birds outside the window also really help to calm down Jess (and are soothing to us humans as well!). We are soooo lucky to have you guys - the best vet in the entire state, I'm sure!

Dr. Sandate is the very essence of kind & empathetic. I can't tell you how uplifted I feel after leaving Feline Focus, it's like a high that lasts a couple of days afterward - the treatment the whole family gets there makes me feel better about life in general! Ellen I went in with my new kitten for some respiratory issues for a 6pm appointment but when I got home and saw my kitten was doing worse than the morning, I went in at 3pm and was given a room and fit into the schedule! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The doctor was amazing and caring. Definitely affordable and I will be returning with my older cat as well. I highly recommend this place for all your veterinary needs! Loren We love The Feline Focus and Dr. Aronson for holistic and western medicine! For years PAWS has been great to our pets. I wanted to encourage any cat owner to try their Feline Focus building. I had avoided vet care for my kitty after she'd been "fractious" elsewhere. She legitimately had a great time at Feline Focus! I was nearly in tears with how kind and helpful staff was. Dr. Aronson is a gem here in Tucson! His knowledge and compassion has helped us through some tough situations with our elderly dogs and he was also encouraging and empowering with his holistic consult for our new puppy! The techs and front desk are kind and knowledgeable- I always felt more than comfortable when they helped my old dogs. Hayley and Jen are wonderful too!
 Elizabeth The love and care that everyone at PAWS shows to my Sheba is so genuine. Dr. Thurston especially exudes love, kindness, and grace. I feel secure that my precious little cat is being well taken care of, following PAWS' advice and recommendations. I also love the investment that they make in their facilities. I've always loved the soothing features and high quality at the PAWS center, and I'm thrilled with our first visit to their new exclusively "Feline Focus" practice space. I even lingered, admiring all the cute decor and fun, useful items that I could potentially buy for my Sheba. My kitty is unfortunately notorious for being difficult/aggressive with strangers but all the techs and assistants are still so caring, gentle, and patient with her.
 Leigh Ellen I’m quite happy with PAWS. They have always been very thorough and caring with my cats. They are very good with communication and follow up. I like how they have dedicated areas specifically for the cats. It’s stressful taking your cat into a place so it’s nice you don’t hear barking dogs (I love dogs too!) On my last visit they even took the time to provide some artwork on the bag with the medication which is a nice touch. Kevin PAWS provided the best vet experience I’ve ever had! The staff is very warm and friendly and handled my nervous cats very well, making them feel better throughout the experience. They were very knowledgeable and provided me great tips to keep my cats healthy. Sophie Feline Focus at PAWS is a fantastic cat clinic. First of all, it's the nicest vet space I've ever been in, with many thoughtful and appealing elements for both feline pets and their guardians. The veterinary staff provide skillful care and options for treatment. They have helped my cat with effective treatments for chronic joint issues and pain, intensive dental work including extractions due to tooth resorption, and more. I'm so glad I found PAWS as my kitty enters her senior years; I feel confident that this clinic will extend her life and provide the best possible quality of life! Cybele PAWS is an amazing facility! Every time I take my kitty there, I know he is in safe and caring hands. I feel like everyone there sincerely cares about my questions and his care. The dedicated feline center is AMAZING!!! American Association of Feline Practitioners We have taken this a step further by becoming a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP). The AAFP is a professional organization representing feline practitioners who are passionate about the care of cats. The AAFP is dedicated to advancing the field of feline medicine and surgery by setting the standards of feline care through the publication of practice guidelines, position statements and by providing continuing education.
